Return Policy
By Madre offers products created with the traditions of artisanal & craft luxury. Because every product is made and completely finished by hand, natural variations are to be expected. This is the stamp of authenticity. By Madre allows for a 14 day return window for non final sale or made-to-order or custom products. Products must be unworn/used, and have all their original packaging intact in order for a returns to be permitted. All Sterling Silver must be 100% unused. If By Madre determines a product has been used, or if there is any damage following its return (inventory images are taken prior to shipping out), By Madre reserves the right to not accept the return. All returns are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.

Order Inconsistencies 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
